March 2004
SUNSHIELD 2000 ®
This
stress skin pre-engineered structure is from Colony
Buildings and David Thompson.

It was recommended to the customer to insulate the building with SUPER
THERM ® Ceramic Insulation
Coating.

The customer chose SUNSHIELD
2000 ® which lacks the extra
effective durability, fire and thermal protection provided by SUPER
THERM ® but is less
expensive.

The walls around the room containing the acid bath tanks were given a primer
coat of RUST
GRIP ® first to protect against corrosive vapour's.

The ceiling above the acid bath tanks was also coated with RUST
GRIP ® only to protect against corrosive vapour's.
